07:30 Hours: Morning pick up from your destination/ booked hotel and depart to Masai Mara National Reserve, which is also known as the “Jewell of Kenya. On your way to Maasai Mara National Reserve, you will enjoy great views. The drive passes via the great rift escarpment where a brief stopover will be made for photography and then continue driving. This view is out of this world! The drive to Masai Mara takes approximately 5 hours depending on the road conditions and traffic along the way You will arrive in time for Lunch at Ashnil Mara camp and thereafter relax. After Lunch and Relaxation, you will proceed for the afternoon game drive in the reserve where you will get to see open plains. The Masai Mara is known as one of the finest wildlife destinations in the World. There is an excellent chance of seeing the Big 5, Cheetah, Serval cat, Hyena, Bat-eared foxes, Black-backed and Side-striped jackals, Hippo, Crocodile, Baboons, Warthog, Topi, Eland, Thompson’s gazelle, Grant’s gazelle, Impala, Waterbuck, Oribi antelope, Reedbuck antelope, and Common zebra. Dinner and Overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp or Similar on Full board Basis
Wake up for a refreshing hot cup of coffee or tea. Then depart for a morning game drive, we have one more day to explore the Mara plains and its intriguing wildlife. ALTERNATIVE: HAVE A FULL DAY GAME DRIVE TODAY IN THE RESERVE WITH PICNIC LUNCH BOXES
0830hrs: Return to the lodge for a full buffet breakfast and spend the morning at your own leisure.
1230hrs: Enjoy a scintillating buffet lunch at the lodge. Afternoon spent at leisure. You can relax by the swimming pool, or you can visit a traditional Maasai Village [included in the safari cost] where you’ll get insight into the vibrant and traditional way of life of the Maasai.
1600hrs: Depart for an evening game drive.
1830hrs Return to your preferred Lodge for dinner and overnight. Dinner and Overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp or Similar on Full board Basis.
After breakfast at the lodge, we check out with a game drive enroute to Nairobi. Lunch at Carnivore restaurant and drop off at your preferred destination. Approx.
