Early morning game drive. Mara popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river. Meals and overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge or similar.

Maasai Mara � Morning and afternoon game drives
Have two game drives; pre-breakfast and after lunch.
There is an option this morning for an early morning hot air balloon safari (at an extra charge). Depart the camp at 5.15 am to the Balloon Safari take off-site. This is an hour ride across the plains of the Mara. Spend the morning relaxing before lunch at the camp. An afternoon game drive is at 4 p.m. Meals and overnight at Mara Serena Safari Camp or similar.

Great Rift Valley

We will start the day with an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. We will check out after breakfast and head to Lake Nakuru Naivasha, Sopa Lodge or similar and arrive in the afternoon. After check-in, you may go swimming or take an afternoon siesta. Meals and overnight at Sopa Lodge or similar.

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. This will take a further drive to seek out the 2 species of rhino found in the park, and have picnic lunch. We will spend the better part of the day photographing flamingos. Meals and overnight at the Sopa Lodge.

After breakfast, we will spend a full day at Hells Gate National Park. We will carry a picnic lunch from the lodge. Hell's Gate National Park provides a variety of wildlife, unusual flora and many species of birds and is one of the two only Kenyan Parks where Climbing, Walking and Biking are allowed. Covered by ashes from the Longonot eruption which occurred 100 years ago, the Park is famous for its geothermal station, Lower Gorge and spectacular sceneries (cliffs, volcanoes, gorges, geothermal steam). Hell's Gate National Park is characterized by diverse topography and geological scenery. Meals and overnight at Sopa Lodge or similar.

We will drive to Amboseli National Park. The Park is famous for the big herds of elephants and view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. After lunch is served you'll have time to relax or enjoy the sun heated swimming pool before leaving for another game drive this afternoon. We will be back in good time for a warm shower or a cocktail before dinner is served. The open flat plains are ideal places to search for pride of elephants, lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeests. The swamps are good places to catch the elephants as they bath in the mud.
